Asakusa 浅草
The most iconic place at Asakusa is Sensoji temple - Buddhist temple.
Nakamise - a shopping street that sells a variety of traditional, local snacks and tourist souvenirs.
It has been raining on and off these few days. I decided to buy this sunshine doll in hope that the weather will be good in the next few days.
Finally we got through the shopping street and reached Sensoji temple.

Tokyo Skytree
From Asakusa, we walked toward Tokyo Skytree direction instead of taking subway. It is around 20 minute walk across the Sumida River from Asakusa
Water bus
Tokyo Skytree is one of the landmarks in Tokyo.
We saw Gudetama cafe at its shopping deck! Gudetama is an egg who is always very tired, no motivation and always wants to sleep.

Shinjuku 新宿
We planned to have okonomiyaki for dinner but the branch that we went to was full house and the waiters did not understand our english + hand signs so we left in disappointment. Then we wondered around and walked in a random restaurant to eat.
After dinner, we decided to stroll around shinjuku area towards our apartment direction.
Their fruits are all very high net worth kind..
Their banana are all gigantic!
We started to feel a little weird when we were walking down this street...
Then my mother started shouting, "Look! Look!"
This is actually a collaboration between the hotel and the movie. Heard that the hotel guests can see gorilla at the window in some hotel rooms. We went up to the hotel restaurant level and the staff was so nice to let us into their rooftop area where only hotel guests or dine in customers are allowed in.
